Additive manufacturing technologies

We offer all industrial 3D printing processes, providing you with the right solution for every challenge.

Metal: Selective laser melting

In selective laser melting, metal powder is fused layer by layer to form components whose material properties are in no way inferior to those produced using conventional manufacturing processes. Our production facilities meet the highest standards and manufacture products of the best possible industrial quality. Thanks to in-house CNC machining, we are also able to implement ready-to-install solutions with the highest tolerance requirements from a single source.

Plastic: Selective laser sintering

Similar to laser melting, selective laser sintering involves fusing plastic powder layer by layer to form components whose material properties meet industrial standards. Typical areas of application for laser-sintered components are functional and structural components. We use state-of-the-art technology and produce with the highest precision in the manufacture of these components. You can obtain components from us as raw parts, colored, smoothed, or machined.

Plastic: Fused Deposition Modeling

Fused deposition modeling is a filament-based 3D printing process in which the component contour is extruded layer by layer using a continuous strand of material. This cost-effective process is particularly suitable for prototypes and assembly aids with lower stability or tolerance requirements. In order to meet as many customer requirements as possible, Krause DiMaTec has developed its own system with an enlarged build space of 600 x 600 x 600 mm.

We look forward to talking to you!
